Software
The software is getting better. The poker room looks
pretty good, and connectivity issues are rarely a problem
for players, but the software can be very resource-intensive.
Each player can have a picture as their avatar, and
chat appears at each player's chair, as well as in the
chat box.
Cashouts
They are very quick about cashouts. On their website,
they say you should receive your money within 72 hours.
However, you will generally get them within 24 hours.

They provide a good deal of information, such as flop

Competition Level
